In accordance with Hokkaido Prefecture regulations, an accommodation tax will be implemented for all stays at Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo beginning April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday).
To ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable stay, and to maintain and improve our service quality, Hotel Monterey Edlehof Sapporo will be revising its service charges.We appreciate your understanding.
If we determine that the customer's request or behavior is unreasonable, or even if it is reasonable but the means or manner are inappropriate, we may refuse to engage with that customer and take measures such as limiting access to facilities or services.
