【Dec31,2026–Jan3,2027】Notice of Temporary Closure for Electrical Equipment Replacement

Dear Guests,

Thank you for staying with Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo.
We would like to inform you that the hotel will be completely closed for electrical equipment replacement during the following period.

【Work Date & Time】Temporary Closure Period: Dec 31, 2026 (Thu) 16:00 – Jan 3, 2027 (Sun) All Day (Scheduled)
※Reopening: Jan 4, 2027 (Mon) from 9:00 AM

We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■Guests Checking Out on December 31
・Check-out Extension: Up to 12:00 PM maximum (1,100 yen per hour).
・Luggage Storage: Available only for pick-up by 12:00 PM on the same day. No overnight storage during closure.
・Parking: Please move your car out by 12:00 PM. Vehicles left past 12:00 PM cannot exit until Jan 4.
・Laundry Service: Laundry service will be suspended. Access to the coin laundry will be restricted.

■Guests Staying On or After January 4
We cannot accept luggage during the closure.
※Please schedule advance shipments to arrive after 9:00 AM on Jan 4, 2027.
※No deliveries accepted: Dec 31, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027.

To ensure safety during maintenance prep, guest access to the building will close at 12:00 PM on Dec 31.
Regular operations restart at 9:00 AM on Jan 4, 2027.
