At Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo, we are pleased to announce that starting from October 1, 2024 (Tuesday), the natural hot spring spa facilities will be available to all guests staying with us.

• Regular Hours: 14:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Last Entry 10:30 PM)
• Morning Bath: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Last Entry 9:30 AM)

• Please bring towels from your room as they are not provided at the spa.
• You may enter wearing pajamas and slippers.

※Our natural hot spring uses a circulation system that includes water dilution and heating. ※Entry is strictly prohibited for guests with tattoos or body paint.
※Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
※Per Sapporo City regulations, mixed-gender bathing is permitted only for children aged 6 and under.
※Guests exhibiting severe misconduct or poor manners will be required to leave immediately.
