Notice About Service Charge Changes

To maintain and improve the quality of our services, as well as create an environment and facilities that are safe, reliable, and comfortable for our guests at Hotel Monterey Co., Ltd., we would like to notify you about the following changes to our service charges. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these changes.

【Details of these changes】
Our service charge will be changed from 15% to 18%.

【Date of these changes】
Starting on April 1st, 2025 for accommodations, restaurants, banquet parties, and spas.
Weddings: Guests who put in their request on April 1st, 2025 or after.

【Applicable hotels】
All hotels in the Hotel Monterey Group
