Shuri Castle Park
Shurijo Castle Park features the Seiden (Main Hall) and historic sites like Shureimon Gate and Enkakuji Temple ruins. Reconstructed in 1992 following its destruction in WWII, the site earned UNESCO World Heritage status in 2000. Despite a major fire in 2019, the castle is currently being rebuilt, with the Seiden scheduled for completion in autumn 2026.
