Notice of Temporary Closure Due to Exterior Wall Renovation and Mechanical Equipment Renewal

Thank you for always choosing Hotel Monterey La Soeur Fukuoka.

To ensure our building is well-maintained and to provide you with an even safer and more comfortable stay in the future, we will be undergoing exterior wall renovations and mechanical equipment upgrades.
Because of these essential works, the entire hotel will be temporarily closed for a short period. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

■Total Hotel Closure (for Mechanical Upgrades): Sunday, January 3, 2027 – Wednesday, June 30, 2027 (Scheduled)
※On Jan 3, we will immediately begin closure preparations once the regular check-out time concludes.
※on Jan 3, we will not be able to store your luggage after check-out or accept luggage forwarding requests .
※Hotel operations will resume from check-in (15:00) on Saturday, January 9, 2027.

■Exterior Wall Renovation Period (during hotel operations):Sunday, January 3, 2027 – Wednesday, June 30, 2027 (Scheduled)
※Exterior wall works will continue during this period even after the hotel resumes operations.
※Scaffolding will be erected from the 1st to 3rd floors, and gondolas will be used for exterior work on guest room floors from the 4th floor and above.
※As construction workers may pass by outside the windows during working hours, we kindly ask that you keep your curtains closed while relaxing in your room.
※Depending on the nature of the work, noise and vibrations may occur at certain times. We will carry out the work with the utmost care, but we ask for your patience and understanding.
