Please be advised that due to mandatory electrical equipment inspections, a building-wide power outage will take place during the following time:
Date & Time: Monday, December 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

●Elevators: Out of service.
※Emergency stairs must be used (Staff will guide you).
●Water Supply: Shut off (Both cold and hot water unavailable).
※Water may appear cloudy or discolored immediately after restoration. Please run the tap until clear.
●Room Lighting: Unusable.
※Emergency flashlights are located in each room.
●Air Conditioning: Out of service.
●Internet: Wi-Fi and wired LAN unavailable.
※Please unplug all computers and sensitive electronic devices to prevent data loss.
●Outlets & TV: In-room TV and power outlets will be completely offline.
●Parking: Automated parking garage will be closed.
※Vehicles cannot enter or exit during this time. Please move your car beforehand.

Early check-in before 3:00 PM will not be available.

Check-Out Notice for Monday, December 7, 2026:
Late check-out past 11:00 AM will not be available.
