Blackout due to periodic inspection of electricity system

Dear Guests,

Thank you very much for your continued patronage to Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka.
We would like to inform you that there will be a periodic electricity system inspection, which is required by law, as stated below.

※Guests who will stay with us on 16March are affected.

■Details and Precautions

Water Supply: The hot water supply will be shut off, meaning neither hot nor cold water will be available. After the power is restored, the water from the faucets and bath may contain air and appear reddish. Please let the water run for a while before use.

Lighting: Room lights will not be operational. A small emergency light (flashlight) is available in each guest room.

Climate Control: Heating and air conditioning systems will be unavailable.

Internet & Electronics: Internet access will be disconnected. Please do not leave electronic devices plugged into outlets, as you may lose data. Continuous-use electronic devices like computers will not work.

In-Room Appliances: In-room TVs, electrical outlets, and other appliances will be unusable.
