Hotel Monterey Group/Hotel Internet Service - Wireless Connection(Free Wi-Fi) Now Available

At Hotel Monterey Group, internet has been available via LAN cable in all the guest rooms and in parts of the banquet rooms since the hotel first opened for business. However, in order to meet our guests' needs even further, we are happy to announce the introduction of wireless LAN access points in the lobby and on guest floors. Guests will now be able to enjoy wireless internet access, free of charge, both in the lobby and in the comfort of their room.

Requirements

PC with built-in LAN / wireless network adapter
Operating system: WindowsXP or later (PC) / OSX or later (Mac)
Wireless LAN (wifi adapter) enabled iOS device (iPhones, iPads, etc)
Wireless LAN (wifi adapter) enabled Android device (Smart-phones, Tablets, etc)

Wi-Fi Service Standards & Connection

Simultaneous usage of types IEEE802.11n/b/g available
The front desk staff will be happy to assist you with the default network name (SSID) of the hotel's wireless service.

Internet Service Availability

All guest rooms (LAN cable and wireless connection)
Hotel lobby (wireless connection)
All banquet rooms (LAN cable)

Notes

Hotel Monterey Group offers free internet connections through both its wired and wireless internet services.
The wireless connection service is available throughout most of the hotel, but depending on the location the signal may be weak or unavailable.
When using the internet, please understand that you will be responsible for your own online security.
Please note that the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by unexpected outages or system faults.
