Notice of Spa "Trinitere"temporary closure & Scheduled Power Outage (March 2&3, 2026)

Thank you very much for choosing Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka.

Due to legally mandated inspections of our electrical equipment, we wish to inform you that the "Trinitere" Spa will be closed during certain hours on March 2nd, and a total power outage will occur throughout the entire building on March 3rd.

■ Schedule of Spa "Trinitere" Closure
Monday, March 2, 2026 / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Please note that the spa will be open as usual during the morning hours (6:00 AM – 9:30 AM).

■ Schedule of Building-wide Power Outage
Tuesday, March 3, 2026 / 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

■ Important Notes During the Power Outage

Please be aware of the following during the scheduled maintenance period:
■Elevators: Only one elevator will be operational.
※Our staff will be available to assist you.
■Internet: Wi-Fi and wired internet connections will be unavailable.
■Electronic Devices: Please do not leave computers or other sensitive electronic devices plugged into outlets, as there is a risk of data loss.
■Room Facilities: Lighting, air conditioning, TV, VOD, and power outlets will be unavailable.
■Water & Hot Water: While cold water (including toilets) will remain functional, the hot water supply will be cut off. After the service is restored, tap water may initially appear discolored or contain air. Please let the water run for a few moments before use.
■Flashlights: Small emergency lights (flashlights) are provided in each guest room.
■Refrigerator: The refrigerator will lose its cooling capacity.
※Please avoid storing frozen foods or items sensitive to temperature changes.
■Parking: The on-site parking garage will be closed during the outage.
※You will not be able to enter or exit with your vehicle.
If you plan to use your car during this time, please move it before the outage starts and inform the front desk at check-in.

■Check-out:
Late check-outs cannot be accommodated on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

■Breakfast
The breakfast buffet at "Parterre" (2F) will open as usual until 10:30 AM.

■Spa "Trinitere"
The spa will resume normal operations from 6:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
