These messages are being distributed through messaging apps such as WhatsApp and contain unauthorized URL links that may redirect recipients to malicious phishing sites (fraudulent websites).
Please be advised that neither our hotel nor Booking.com will ever contact guests directly through messaging apps such as WhatsApp regarding reservation details or credit card information. Should you receive any suspicious message of this nature, we strongly urge you not to click on or access any URL links included in such messages, in order to protect yourself from potential fraud.
