    Kabuki-za

Kabuki-za is the principle theater for viewing kabuki, the traditional Japanese performing art, and also offers exhibitions related to kabuki, a wide-array of souvenirs, a tea room, and a roof-top garden. The Kabuki-za Gallery is especially interesting, as it displays a variety of stage props and costumes actually used in kabuki plays.

    Asakusa

Asakusa is home to some of the most significant religious sites in Tokyo, including the ancient Sensoji Temple with its majestic Kaminarimon Gate standing at 11.7m tall. The temple complex is approached by Nakamise-dori, a traditional shopping street lined with over 90 small shops selling souvenirs and snacks. The street takes you to Hozomon Inner Gate, the Five-Storied Pagoda, and the large incense burner. You can also draw fortune telling paper strips (omikuji), as done since the ancient times.
